Notes:Brandt wrote the letter circulating Himmler's decree (the name is mistyped as Brand). The order to not "interfere" meant that civilians would be allowed to kill Allied airmen who had been captured by the civilians. Another copy of R 110 was entered as US exhibit 333, on the Gestapo and SD; this copy was not entered separately concerning Kaltenbrunner.
